Country Music Fans Are Praising Carrie Underwood for Her New Gospel Station

Carrie Underwood was absent in 2024, but she's starting the year strong. Carrie must stay fit to manage her REFLECTION residency at Resorts World Theatre in Las Vegas and her other business interests.

Underwood has always prioritized fitness and healthy living. Carrie developed her athletic brand, CALIA, her New York Times bestseller Find Your Path, and her exercise app, fit52, thanks to her love of workouts.

The only thing missing is workout music! Activewear, motivation, and a meal plan are included.

Last June, Underwood launched "Carrie's Country," her SiriusXM channel featuring her and her favorite musicians. This year, Carrie launched "Carr-dio by Carrie's Country."

on SiriusXM, combining her music and fitness passions. The SiriusXM app will exclusively feature "Carr-dio" featuring Carrie's fitness guidance and upbeat workout music.

"Music is a simple way to spice up a workout," Carrie explained. With the right jam, you can dance between sets and enjoy yourself. Listen to joyful or upbeat music and go for it!"

You may stream "Carr-dio" on SiriusXM channel 105 from January 5th to 8th. What better way to meet our New Year's workout objectives than with wonderful music and queen Carrie's motivation?!

My fitness motto is ‘Just go!’ It need not be an incredible workout every day. Just enter. You won't regret it, Carrie said. “Working out won't disappoint you, but not doing so might. So get active and provide your best for the day!"
