Keanu Reeves' Sonic 3 role reunites him with one star for the first time since the 2016 bomb.

Keanue Reeves' Sonic the Hedgehog 3 role will reunite him with an A-list actor for the first time since their 2016 box-office disaster. With Sonic the Hedgehog 3 scheduled for release in December 2024, fans will have to wait till the end of the year to see what Reeves brings to the part of Shadow the Hedgehog, the legendary villain turned anti-hero.

While the third episode in the franchise is thrilling on its own, Keanu Reeves' performance as Shadow the Hedgehog will be especially fascinating, given that the actor isn't known for playing villains in his long filmography.

Although Keanu Reeves' lengthy movie career would suggest that he's starred opposite some of the entertainment industry's top brass several times throughout his career, there

The Bad Batch follows Arlen through the trials of a desert-like dystopian future in where humans eat each other to survive.

In the film, Reeves plays The Dream, a cult-like character who lets women live in his house as long as they join his sex-cult, and Carrey plays The Hermit, a guy living in self-imposed exile who offers wise advice despite his poor mental state..

While both play important roles in the story, Reeves and Carrey do not share any sequences, leaving Sonic the Hedgehog 3 to redeem the squandered chance.

Although The Bad Batch only made $201,890 on a $6 million budget, Reeves and Carrey provide edgy performances. Reeves isn't recognized for his nasty roles since he thrives as a hero or anti-hero, and Carrey, who has been known for his tremendous physical humor and electrifying performances throughout his career, portrays a wise old man with the capacity to heal people in a very modest role.

Shadow's original objective was to destroy Earth since he believes the American government murdered his best friend, Maria.

However, after losing his memories and learning the truth about his creator, Dr. Gerald Robotnik, Shadow must reconsider his purpose and future.

Depending on which side Shadow ultimately selects, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 could conclude with the two clashing in an epic battle.

The Disneyland noise hotline will soon be available to Anaheim homeowners.
